2. Double up
Even though the Enell is a top notch bra, not everyone wants to drop $50 on a sports bra.
If that’s you, then one of the best solutions is to double up.
Wear your best no-nonsense underwire bra and then put an inexpensive sports bra on overtop of it.

Fruit of the Loom sports bras work great for this purpose and this gives you way more control then just a sports bra or regular bra alone.
It’s a great solution that I’ve used myself.
